While updating a few of my bookmarks I came across an article on The Smoking Gun about Sacha Baron Cohen's next film featuring the fictional character Bruno. Thousands of Arkansans were "duped" into being extras, lured by the promise of $1 Beer (Cohen & the producton company underwrote the cost as it usually sells for $4), "Hot Chicks" & "Hardcore Fights" although this amounted to two men tearing each others clothes off to their underwear & kissing down their opponents chest...

Which reminds me, "The Family Guy 100th Episode Special" was on Three the other night. Seth McFarlane presented the show that featured a series of clips interspersed with interviews conducted by Seth with people who'd watched the show, almost all hated it & wanted it taken off the air. The special aired on the 4th of November 2007 which was around the time Seth described Fox's plan to air a new episode during the Writers Strike "a collossal dick move."
