A few things caught my attention today that you may or may not find interesting:
Reading the FPI Blog I learned that in an interview with Variety Family Guy & American Dad creator Seth McFarlane described Fox's intentions to Air a new episode of Family Guy this weekend as a "colossal dick move."
I also learned from the Anime News Network that Smith Micro Software will acquire the Manga Studio, Anime Studio & Poser software from e frontier for $6 million.

Wonder is 6m is a lot or a little in software terms? Surely Smith Micro are expecting to make more that after buying the programs, but surely most self-respecting manga artists already have a copy?! MS is by far the bigger seller among the three.
$6 mil didn't seem a lot. When I first rad it, I thought they'd made a mistake, but it appears as though e frontier made $7 million a year from the software. But how will this effect the eventual release of Comic Studio 4.0 (http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%82%BB%E3%83%AB%E3%82%B7%E3%82%B9-ComicStudioEX-4-0/dp/B000V7EWK6/ref=pd_sbs_sw?ie=UTF8&qid=1195205075&sr=1-1) as Manga Studio 4.0. Will you still be able to upgrade from ver.3.0?!?
