Indefinite Conundrum

This past weekend I undertook another excursion to Reading to visit Red Garden, having managed to locate the shop on my previous visit, it wasn't that hard to retrace my steps from the Oracle car park. My brother had tagged along, he bought a Wall Scroll & some DVDs, Infinite Ryvius & the first volume of Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny (even though he hasn't got beyond the first volume of Mobile Suit Gundam Seed).

We then made our way back down the hill, toward a small collectables store in a shopping arcade near the train station. The shop stocks old 12" Vinyls, Video Cassette's, has various british comic pubications hidden away in plastic wallets or boxes against one wall & what my brother had really gone, Transformers. There were a few that he wanted to buy, but he settled for Trypticon, a giant Dinosaur hunk of 1980s plastic with a £65 price tag, although he ended up getting it for £50.

I'd actually wanted to go to Uniqlo, but when I got to the store i found that it had closed on January 4th, they had left a sign informing me that I could order online or from the Uniqlo outlet in London. This was slightly dissapointing, but by this time I had looked through the Entertainer & purchased a small plastic Koala for £2.47, the Koala was molded as thoug it were holding a Euclyptus branch, but without anything to hold on to, it looked rather strange, so I placed a Halo 3 Brute Shot in its hand. I also looked in on Zaavi, as they're currently in administration, just over a year after seperating from Virgin, everything was dicounted by 20%. I managed to pick up The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Vexille, Hard Boiled & a Ramones Alarm Clock.

While I'm stuck with a particular story, i've been trying to get on with a short story that I first thought of in 2007, the main conceit is that there is a limited amount of time in which the protagonists much act. Due to the limited space there aren't that many characters & I also ahven't got around to naming them properly, so far I have 4 (the guy in the pic below) Scarlet & another character who I haven't even named yet.

I'm also finding it difficult deciding which font I should use, I've got it down to the fonts Joe Mad International  & Zap Raygun 2.0.

While I like Zap Raygun, & have been using it since 2007, Joe Mad International looks good overall, but seems wider than Zap Raygun. In other news, having given up all hope of ever finding the remote control for the DVD Player, having looked for t for almost two months, I found it today, sitting on the shelf next to the DVD Recorder. To celebrate, I watched the Spoof reels of Resident Evil: Degeneration.
