Minced Beef

I decided to try out making mince using the stainess steel mincer that has been in the house for a few weeks now. Teo packets of Steak was bought yesterday for this very purpose, at the last minute, I learned that there wasn't a Meat tenderiser in the house, so had to use a Rolling Pin instead, the only problem with this was the fact that although there should be a bigg heavy 30cm rolling pin, I could only find a teeny, tiny little rolling pin from a childs baking set. But that was the least of my problems as the strinfy fatty deposits in the Steak itself blocked the mincer, so I had to stop to clean the mincer head halfway through the mincing.

I fried the mince in a wok, making Bolognese which I served with Tagliatelli. But amazingly enough the camera I used to shoot the pic of the mince ran out of power after I took that pic. I could have shot some with my SLR, but it'd probably be a few months before I actually got around to developing the film.

And right now I'm watching episode Ten of the second season of Dexter, an episode heavy on the Doakes/Dexter dynamic, I sort of could see where the first season was going by episode Ten, but I can't work out how this series will play out.
