Second International Manga Award

It looks as though Japans Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be holding a Second International Manga Award Competition having announced the launch on the 21st of December. Anyone outside Japan can Submit their work along with an entry form by February 29th.

I was aware of this last year, but I think it was up to publishers to submit work at that time, which many diodn't seem to do as from the 146 entries from 12 countries only 5 came from the US, while 15 came from the UK.

But looking a the entry form, the minimum page count required is four pages, the work can already have been published, but still qualify for admission.
