My brother (picture circa 1982) has taken the week off work, he has spent the week mostly sleeping, staying up late watching TV & generally making a mess of the place by leaving everything lying around the place to gradually drive me toward a nervous breakdown. However today was somewhat exceptional, I had wanted to finish off some scribbling I'd started earlier in the week but was interrupted due to a new set of light fixtures being fitted into the room to replace the existing fixture that has dangled from the ceiling for some forty years. This occurred at around 3PM, but at around 5PM with about 45 minutes of natural daylight & the light fixture was still unfinished, this was quite serious as it actually affects the entire lighting on the first floor of the house.

I've been scribbling away in my sketchbook in order to realise the armour worn by Elric of Melnibone, th hardest part is the helmet which is supposed to resemble a dragon with wings outstretched.
