I don't see why they geo locked the video (I'm not too pleased that Funimation chose to do this with their video site), it's just shows early Victirian attempts at commercialising Christmas by confectioner Thomas Smith!
There's a step by step set of instructions at bbc.co.uk (http://www.bbc.co.uk/victorianchristmas/activity/christmas-crackers.shtml)! Unfortunately they miss out one important step in the process; how exactly are you supposed to make the snap that goes inside?!
